You can choose to build on poles using a structural steel sub-floor, or a concrete slab on request, this can raise the house from a minimum of 400m to a maximum of 4.6m. Models are built to scale and to show clients the house design in close up. All Ieshahomes come with a curved roof and are storm proof. See below for more details.
All our homes are built off the ground, raised with steel-sub flooring. Minimum 400mm – Maximum 4.6m. If requested, we can also build onto concrete slab. Ieshahomes chooses to primarily build on poles because of the many benefits that come along with it. Here’s a few reasons why you should choose to build on poles!
- Easily build on slopes, unstable foundations, or uneven ground.
- Make the most of beautiful views
- Less environmental impact, as well as a sustainable design.
- More space for you to live in and/or expand your Ieshahome
- Natural flow of rain means no flooding, ventilation, and they keep termites and other pests out.

Precision engineering, environmental elements, smart home wired, and an affordable architectural design- that’s an Ieshahome. You can choose a standard new home design to build with or an open plan custom build. See floor plans for more details.
Our designs use the 12 external steel poles as part of the featured look. The inner roof on one side is also glazed to allow for owners to open and shut and to be part of the featured look. When its a hot or cold day, open the window vent to assist in climate control. The internal ceiling can be flat and set at 2.4m or 2.8m or can also be curved in the living room and second bedroom area or closest room to the living room; this can create even taller ceilings and enhance the space. The wall claddings designs available make the house watertight and insulated, this model uses the polystyrene insulation wall panels and a rendered cement finish.
